After breakfast we set off to Bideford. The Asda delivery driver
told us yesterday that there was a car show there. We enjoyed looking at the
cars and then got some lunch from the food trucks. G had a delicious jacket
potato but unfortunately started to feel faint. Next thing he knew he was laid
out on the grass with legs raised and 3 amazing St John's ambulance staff
looking after him. Fortunately he started to feel better and we got him back to
the car and back to the house for a relaxing afternoon.
Later on we had a short walk into Mortehoe mainly to check out eating
opportunities. We opted for a local takeaway which got excellent
reviews. We weren't disappointed. The food was excellent and I
expect we will go again before we leave here.
